1、 Introduction to FYU Submersible Pump

FYU corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump is an updated product that replaces YU submersible pump. It is a new type of modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene all plastic submersible pump, which is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant than the original YU polymer submersible pump. The liquid immersion parts of FYU submersible pumps are all corrosion-resistant structures, mainly used for the lifting and transportation of corrosive and non corrosive clear liquid cargo slurry in low-level tanks. The main advantages are: not easily damaged, no external leakage, reliable operation, and relatively economical price.

2、 Characteristics of FYU corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump products

This series of products has a production history of more than ten years in our factory. Through continuous performance improvement and differentiated new product development, there are now four series of nearly a hundred specifications of market segmented products, and product sales are increasing at an average annual rate of 40%. 3、 Applicable scope of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump
（1） Non ferrous metal wet smelting industry: particularly suitable for the transportation of various acid liquids, alkali liquids, corrosive slurries, electrolytes, waste acids, sewage and other media in wet smelting of lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, manganese, cobalt, rare earth and other materials.
（2） Sulfuric acid phosphate fertilizer industry: transportation of dilute acid, mother liquor, fluorosilicic acid containing silica gel, phosphoric acid slurry and other media.
（3） Water treatment and environmental protection industry: capable of transporting various types of wastewater with impurities.
（4） Pesticides, dyes, and fine chemical industries: can transport clear liquids or slurries containing dilute acids, alkaline liquids, and mixed acids.

4、 Introduction to FUY corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pump series varieties


FYU-2 anti-corrosion and wear-resistant submersible pump (also lined with conventional series), used for conveying various corrosion-resistant slurries and clear liquids.


The FYU-1A corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant submersible pump (also known as the economy series) is characterized by a short (shallow) underwater depth, a relatively economical price, and the same use as the FUY-2 series.


The FYUF float type anti-corrosion submersible pump is characterized by the ability to adjust the position of the pump according to changes in liquid level, making it suitable for various conveying positions with large pool areas and large liquid level drops. Such as sewage tanks, salt fields, water intake tanks, etc. If a mixing head is installed on this pump, it becomes a FYUF-J floating pump with mixing slurry, which can be used for conveying slurry with good settling properties or for cleaning sludge at the bottom of the tank.

FYU-J slurry mixing submersible pump is an extension of the FYU series submersible pump, suitable for conveying materials that are prone to blockage or materials with good settling properties, achieving the goal of mixing and conveying without blockage.
